Economic Justice
We work to create equity in employment, wealth distribution, power-sharing and access to critical resources. We build systems that dismantle the systemic structures that marginalise women, men, non-binary people, BIPOC, immigrants, refugees, LGBTQIA+ folks, disabled people and other underrepresented groups.
Our intersectional focus means we treat overlapping identities and compounding disadvantage as the starting point, not an edge case. Programmes are built to redistribute resources and opportunity, connect people across difference, and create environments of genuine cooperation — not just access, but agency.
Through data-driven programming and cross-sector collaboration, we work with policymakers, businesses and communities to reimagine economic systems so participation, success and wealth-creation are sustainable and scalable for the people they’re meant to serve.
Economic justice isn’t charity — it’s providing and co-creating resources that people need to empower themselves, and act from agency.
