Pillar
Global Equality
Impactful cross-regional collaboration driving systemic change in marginalized communities — justice and equity beyond borders.
We work with civil-society organizations and private-sector leaders across regions to confront racial and gender inequality, climate justice and social exclusion together, rather than as separate agendas. Strategic partnerships amplify the voices of immigrants, refugees and BIPOC women in particular, so solutions stay culturally grounded rather than generic.
Our long-term work spans research, mentorship and convenings — all built on the same intersectional lens as our other three pillars, so overlapping factors like race, gender and class are treated as the norm, not the exception.
Inequality doesn’t stop at a border, so neither does the work of fixing it.
Our approach to Global Equality
Climate Justice
Addressing the unequal burden of climate change on marginalized communities — Indigenous peoples, racialized people, women, youth, people with disability and communities in the Global South — and keeping them central to decision-making, not just consultation.
Gender Inequality
Dismantling systemic barriers to gender equity, recognizing that gender intersects with race, ethnicity, class, disability, religion and sexual orientation to create compounding challenges — for women, LGBTQIA+ people and gender-diverse people alike.
Democratic Renewal
Community-led, participative democracy — building civic agency and pushing back on polarization and misinformation by centering the voices most affected by exclusion.
Bridging and Belonging
Cross-country collaboration grounded in anti-discrimination, gender equality and economic empowerment — connecting people in person and digitally to build a genuinely global community of practice.
