Diversify is looking for interns and mentors to join us for the Autumn 2026 cohort.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — no fixed deadline.

    Unpaid, based in Oslo or remote/hybrid depending on the team. Tasks vary with your skills and our current needs, but typically cover the day-to-day of running a nonprofit — project support, social media, outreach, and event coordination.

  • Mentoring

    Become a mentor

    We're recruiting mentors across our projects. Apply to a specific programme or stay open to being matched with any of them — selectable in the application form. Time commitment is a few hours a month, as either one-to-one or group mentoring depending on the programme.
