- AscentA programme for women — particularly from immigrant and marginalised backgrounds — working toward employment, education or a career transition. Peer co-working, group mentoring, and career-building workshops.
- BouklubBouklub is a book club with a twist, for young people aged 13–19 in Oslo. We read together, discuss and reflect on what was read, and turn our ideas into something creative: writing, art, music, spoken word, performance, or whatever form feels right. A space for young people to read, think, and create — together.
- Bridging the Nordic Arts & Culture SectorCross-Nordic Community of Practice and an equity framework for organisations — confronting the inequities embedded in who gets to participate, thrive and lead in the Nordic arts and culture sector.
- KRAFT Entrepreneurial ProgrammeKRAFT is a free entrepreneurship programme for immigrants and people from marginalised backgrounds who have a business idea, are preparing to launch a business, or want to strengthen an existing one. The programme combines two weeks of practical, in-person training with five months of group mentoring.
- Zenith Mentorship ProgrammeThe Zenith Mentorship Programme helps highly skilled immigrants and minority-background professionals across Norway secure meaningful employment, through one-on-one mentorship, peer learning, professional-development workshops and networking.
