AboutAbility was never the barrier.
The Zenith Mentorship Programme helps highly skilled immigrants and minority-background professionals across Norway secure meaningful employment. Through one-on-one mentorship, peer learning, professional-development workshops and networking, Zenith provides the support to navigate the Norwegian job market with confidence.
Many skilled immigrants are held back not by ability but by barriers: limited access to professional networks and the "hidden job market," unfamiliarity with Norwegian hiring processes and workplace culture, and a lack of targeted, skills-aligned career support. Zenith breaks these down through mentorship, knowledge and connections.
Four ways we support you.
