NOW WHAT? Institutions are under strain, trust is eroding, technology is moving faster than regulation, climate realities are intensifying, and workplaces are struggling to keep up with what people now expect of them. 2026 is not a year for observation. It is a year that demands response.
The Diversify Summit is our annual gathering for leaders and change-seekers — a day to connect, to be honest about what isn't working, and to leave with something you can act on. Renowned as the most intersectionally inclusive conference in Europe, it has run every year since 2022.
What we're looking at

- Technology — deploying AI responsibly, and who it actually works for
- Climate — the energy transition, and change at a systemic scale
- Public health — health equity, and mental wellbeing
