Our mission
Building bridges. Creating opportunities. Transforming lives.
Diversify works at the intersection of health, economic justice, migration and global equality — tackling the systemic barriers that keep people and communities apart. We co-create solutions with the communities we serve, and turn dialogue into decisive, accountable, and measurable action.
Pillars guiding our work
Our approach
How we work — across all four pillars.
Six operating principles behind every programme, partnership and decision, whichever pillar it sits under.
Intersectional Analysis
We start from the understanding that people’s experiences are shaped by overlapping identities — race, gender, class, disability, migration status and more — and design every programme around that, not around a single-issue lens.
Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships
We work across government, business and civil society at once, because lasting change needs all three moving together.
Capacity Building
We invest in people and communities directly, through mentorship, training and tools, and where possible, finances. Our initiatives and co-design process are never just one-off interventions.
Accountability Metrics
We track and report on outcomes, not just activity, so our partners and funders can see what’s actually changing.
Community Engagement and co-creation
The people most affected by the issues co-design and lead the response to it, not just receive it.
Action Plans, Implementation, and Measurement
Every initiative is integrated with concrete plans, accompanied by implementation, measurement and evaluation mechanisms. Dialogue is a starting point, not the deliverable.
Four pillars. One approach. Building bridges, creating opportunities, transforming lives.
