Diversify Yoga (Online)

We live in a new (and hopefully temporary) era. More than ever, we need community to thrive. Given the positive benefits that moving our bodies have on our health and wellbeing, Diversify is organizing an online Yoga session with Sarah D’Antoni. As part of our Diversify Health and Wellness commitment for 2020, we want to make Yoga meet-ups a part of our monthly gatherings.

We are all familiar with physical and mental benefits of yoga – as it is one of the best ways to let go of everything that no longer serves us, whilst giving space to and welcoming new, fresh and positive energies into our lives. Especially in this uncertain times.

During this yoga session, you can expect to shake things up and let the stressful thoughts of every day life go as you move peacefully into the mind and body. Through a combination of breath work, free movement, light Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and meditation sequences, this class will get your blood flowing, detoxify your lymphatic system, and soothe yourself into a restful state.
